Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources to guide effective treatment strategies.
• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals and involve ongoing assessments to adapt therapies as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and holistic client care.
• Facilitate crisis interventions and safety planning to assist clients in periods of acute distress.
• Maintain up-to-date and meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, using our electronic health record system.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, fostering a sense of community among clients while enhancing their therapeutic experience.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
