Position Overview

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team at Inner Radiance Hub. This full-time position allows for a remote work environment, providing flexibility while ensuring access to essential mental health services for our clients. Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Being part of a community health clinic, LPCs will provide services to clients who are navigating various challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our outpatient counseling center operates on an appointment basis, facilitating a structured yet adaptable approach to client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to craft personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing varied modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, legal regulations, and organizational policies.
• Engage in collaborative care by working with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic support to clients.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health by participating in professional development opportunities, workshops, and webinars.
• Support clients in setting achievable goals and monitoring their progress in therapy, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counseling services target a wide range of client demographics, including children, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. Many of our clients face challenges related to trauma, mood disorders, and relationship difficulties. Counselors at Inner Radiance Hub are encouraged to develop a rapport with clients, emphasizing respect and empathy, ensuring a safe space for sharing and healing.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering counseling services within a clinical setting is required.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic areas such as family therapy, substance abuse recovery, or trauma-informed care is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory, along with the ability to foster therapeutic alliances with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant technological tools is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• A history of working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and professionalism in a multi-disciplinary setting.
• Experience in using the latest therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development in the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
