Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay: $18.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Hub Assistant Supervisor to support our online sales operations. This role focuses on leading the Lister Team while helping manage day-to-day workflow across the full eCommerce process.

This position is a strong fit for candidates with experience in eCommerce, retail, warehouse operations, online marketplaces, product listing, shipping, inventory, or team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support productivity and quality standards for the Lister Team
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Coordinate product flow across receiving, processing, photography, listing, stocking, and shipping
  • Track and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
  • Provide hands-on guidance to improve individual and team performance
  • Maintain organized, efficient, and safe work areas
  • Support the eCommerce Hub Supervisor and step in as needed
Work Environment

This role operates in a mixed office, warehouse, and retail setting. Work may include temperature fluctuations, dust, and active movement throughout the day. This is a hands-on role supporting daily operations.

Physical Requirements
  • Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
  • Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and move throughout the shift
  • Work across office, warehouse, and store environments
  • Good vision, including close and distance focus
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
