• Deliver quality clinical therapy, including counseling and psychotherapy, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Craft comprehensive treatment plans, setting measurable goals in collaboration with clients to evaluate progress effectively.
• Serve as an advocate for clients by connecting them to essential resources, including financial assistance, housing services, and additional social support networks.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, such as self-harm, substance abuse, or traumatic stress reactions.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance both clinical expertise and personal development.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients often come from varied socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds, and it is essential to approach each case with empathy and an understanding of unique life experiences. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, you will empower clients to develop coping strategies and achieve their mental health goals.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid Maryland state license (LCSW-C) with the ability to practice independently.
• A professional demeanor characterized by compassion, cultural competence, and a deep understanding of sociocultural influences on mental health.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals and families.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a remote team environment and independently.
• Strong written communication abilities for clear documentation and reporting.

• Preference will be given to candidates with at least two years of direct experience in clinical social work.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices is a plus.
• Background in community health services or familiarity with public health initiatives is advantageous.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
