Job description

Seeking a motivated manager with experience managing Section 8 or other public housing programs, preferably with

interaction with a State or County Housing Authority, using EIV, HAP, and performing re-certifications

Perform compliance related duties, pply federal regulations,, re-certify program participants and ensure privacy of applicant information.

Regular M - F hours; no overtime/evening/weekends/on call required. A personal vehicle for daily use is a must (no Metro).

Weekly direct deposit compensation each Friday; IMMEDIATE HIRE.
