• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their mental health conditions and treatment requirements.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that draw from a range of therapeutic approaches.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, to empower clients with coping strategies and tools for overcoming challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary, ensuring a comprehensive support network for clients.
• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and adjust treatment plans, improving client outcomes continuously.
• Engage in case consultations with multidisciplinary teams to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with mental health conditions. A focus on cultural competence in therapy is vital, as you aim to create an inclusive environment that respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. You will be instrumental in offering support and guidance to individuals facing life transitions, emotional crises, and various personal challenges.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State.
• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and the importance of cultural sensitivity in healthcare.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver both individual and group therapy effectively.
• Strong crisis management skills, adept at remaining composed during high-stress situations.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working with clinical populations exhibiting co-occurring disorders.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
• Training in specialized therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
• A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development in the mental health field.
