• Render evidence-based treatment methodologies to a varied patient population, including adults and families, addressing diverse mental health issues through telehealth sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive intakes, which involves gathering patient histories and formulating treatment plans based on individualized assessments.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) primarily over video conferencing.
• Provide mental health assessments and ongoing evaluations to track patient progress and adapt interventions as necessary.
• Develop resourceful counseling strategies aimed at empowering patients in their recovery journey, offering referrals to additional services when needed.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant documentation of all clinical interactions and patient records according to Federal, State, and organizational standards.

Your role will involve working with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with a focus on clinical practice, qualifying you to hold an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification.
• An active state license in mental health counseling as a LICSW, ensuring compliance with regulatory oversight in Washington.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic modalities and patient interaction.
• Experience working remotely for at least 1 year, showcasing skills in virtual engagement and maintaining professional relationships digitally.
• Access to essential technology, including a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet space dedicated to conducting telehealth sessions.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting, which will benefit your adaptability to our virtual infrastructure.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing the efficiency of documentation and patient tracking.
