• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending relevant workshops and training sessions, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in mental health.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, including the integration of services like psychiatry, case management, and peer support, for enhanced client outcomes.

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse clients who may experience a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. By providing culturally competent care, you will address the specific needs of individuals and families who might have limited access to mental health resources, contributing to their overall well-being and personal growth.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active credentials as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or licensed psychologist in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and necessary technology for telehealth services.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care is highly valued.
• Proven ability to effectively build rapport with a diverse clientele, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working within a collaborative healthcare framework and demonstrating team-based care.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload availability. Additionally, you will benefit from:
