Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual mental health counseling to clients of varying backgrounds and experiences, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that align with each individual's treatment goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients to address their specific needs and aspirations.
• Utilize appropriate clinical judgment to make thoughtful referrals when additional resources or specialized services beyond your expertise are required.
• Document all client interactions accurately and consistently, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous personal and professional development through workshops, conferences, and peer supervision to enhance your skills and stay current with industry practices.
• Maintain a self-care routine to manage the emotional demands of the role effectively and ensure sustained client advocacy.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) recognized by the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of experience delivering mental health services, with a strong understanding of telehealth practices and technologies.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to thorough, timely, and accurate documentation.
• Demonstrated compassion and empathy, fostering a positive therapeutic relationship with clients.
• A well-equipped and distraction-free home office setup to ensure professional interaction with clients.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas, such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or couples therapy, are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
