This position is entirely remote, enabling you to create a professional space that fits your needs. You will conduct therapy sessions using a secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform designed for mental health counseling. • Conduct virtual counseling sessions in a secure environment, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively create personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness techniques.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records, ensuring that client documentation complies with legal and ethical standards.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, empowering them to adopt effective coping strategies and understand available resources.
• Foster collaborative relationships with other healthcare providers and community resources to deliver comprehensive care to clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and advances in the field of mental health counseling.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and age groups, and you will be tasked with addressing their unique circumstances with empathy and professionalism. By applying your expertise in telehealth, you'll be able to reach clients who may not have access to traditional therapy services, thus empowering them to improve their mental health.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• A master’s degree or higher in counseling or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and best practices for virtual therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical and confidential counseling practices.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.

• Previous experience in providing telehealth counseling services is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
