• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, personal strengths, and community resources.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that outline specific objectives and interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the treatment team to enhance client outcomes and ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Offer crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to respond effectively to immediate client needs.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and timely, adhering to legal and ethical standards to uphold best practices.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to empower clients through education and shared experiences.

Our clinic serves a broad spectrum of individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. You will work with clients ranging from young children to older adults, addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional disorders. Your role is pivotal in guiding clients through their therapeutic journey, fostering resilience and encouraging growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of direct experience in a mental health or outpatient clinical setting.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a thorough understanding of mental health best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to perform effective mental health assessments.

• Experience working in a multicultural environment.
