• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to define patient needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions using modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to treat a variety of mental health conditions.
• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups to share knowledge and create an empowering space for patients experiencing common mental health challenges.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care and support coordination.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical mental health situations, utilizing your expertise to navigate these challenging moments for patients.
• Engage in continuous education, both for your professional development and to enhance patient education regarding mental health conditions and resources.
• Document all clinical encounters and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining strict confidentiality as per legal and ethical standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to keep abreast of the latest research and innovations in mental health therapy.

Your therapeutic interventions will address a wide spectrum of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. The diverse population we serve includes individuals, couples, and families from various socio-economic backgrounds, providing a rich environment for impactful therapeutic work.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to carry out comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment strategies effectively.
• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy, particularly to varied populations.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients effectively.
• High ethical standards and sound judgment in maintaining professional boundaries.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management, particularly in a remote therapy setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and their application in mental health care.
• Previous work in community health settings is a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
