Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and determine appropriate treatment needs.

• Provide teletherapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances and preferences.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress through regular check-ins and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Atrium Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges. Your caseload may include individuals dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological concerns. Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly with teletherapy and remote counseling practices.
