Key Responsibilities

  • Document and review treatment plans regularly in compliance with company policies and best clinical practices.
  • Provide real-time support and coordination with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.
  • Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to foster client growth and achievement of therapeutic goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build trusting relationships with clients to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
