• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, offering therapy sessions that focus on individual, couples, and family dynamics.
• Document and review treatment plans regularly in compliance with company policies and best clinical practices.
• Provide real-time support and coordination with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive treatment strategies.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions to foster client growth and achievement of therapeutic goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build trusting relationships with clients to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Possession of a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate appropriate boundaries and ethical standards when engaging with clients.

• Hands-on experience with mental health documentation practices, including completion of diagnostic assessments (DAs) and treatment plans.
• Previous work with diverse populations, demonstrating comfort with and understanding of varied therapeutic needs.
• Demonstrated skills in fee collection and financial processes related to therapy services.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
