This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clientsโ€™ mental health needs, enabling the creation of personalized treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring privacy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Work closely with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals while offering continuous support and motivation throughout their treatment journey.
  • Select and implement a diversity of therapeutic approaches to best address each client's unique preferences and treatment objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and treatment adjustments in compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that promote rapport and facilitate effective therapeutic connections with clients in a virtual setting.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' diverse experiences and challenges.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and time-management skills, crucial for managing outreach, session schedules, and documentation accurately in a remote context.
