While the minimum educational qualifications involve a bachelor's degree, candidates who possess a master's degree in a relevant field, along with 2-5 years of experience in direct counseling or therapeutic roles, would be preferred. Familiarity with telehealth services, including experience using online therapy platforms, is a significant advantage.
