• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy strategies to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapies for individuals, groups, couples, and families, ensuring accessibility to quality mental health support.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to effectively address client issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans that reflect a coordinated approach toward patient treatment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.

You will be serving a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, many of whom may be facing significant mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. • A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting, providing direct services to clients.
• A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice, with a commitment to maintaining the highest professional conduct.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of clients.
