Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Proactively source and engage clinical healthcare professionals using advanced search strategies
โ€ข Identify passive, hard-to-find candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and creative sourcing techniques
โ€ข Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs
โ€ข Partner closely with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
โ€ข Conduct initial outreach and qualification conversations to assess interest and basic fit
โ€ข Track sourcing activity, candidate engagement, and pipeline progress in the ATS
โ€ข Continuously research healthcare markets, competitors, and talent trends to inform sourcing strategies
Qualifications
โ€ข Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sourcing or recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing
โ€ข Experience sourcing clinical healthcare professionals required (nursing, allied, or other clinical roles)
โ€ข Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates
โ€ข Strong internet research and Boolean search skills
โ€ข Experience working within an applicant tracking system
โ€ข Bachelor's degree preferred
Ideal Candidate Profile
โ€ข Strategic thinker with a strong hunter mentality
โ€ข Comfortable working independently and managing multiple sourcing priorities
โ€ข Persistent, curious, and resourceful when faced with challenging searches
โ€ข Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates authentically
Compensation
โ€ข $30-$50 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule
โ€ข Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time (required)
Pre-Employment Requirements
โ€ข Successful completion of a background check
โ€ข Drug screen
โ€ข TB test
