Business Development Director – Healthcare Logistics & Medical EquipmentBuild Strategic Partnerships That Improve Healthcare Delivery
We're looking for an experienced healthcare business development professional to help build and grow a nationwide healthcare services business focused on the warehousing, logistics, delivery, installation, and deployment of medical equipment.

This is not a traditional medical device sales role. Instead of selling equipment, you'll be building partnerships with medical device manufacturers, healthcare equipment providers, hospitals, health systems, surgery centers, and clinics to create comprehensive deployment solutions that ensure equipment arrives where it's needed, is installed correctly, and is ready to support patient care.
What You'll Be Responsible For

  •  Developing new business with medical device manufacturers and healthcare equipment providers.
  •  Building strategic relationships with hospitals, health systems, IDNs, surgery centers, and healthcare facilities.
  •  Identifying opportunities where customers need warehousing, logistics, final-mile delivery, installation, deployment, and operational support services.
  •  Collaborating with internal operations and project teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences from contract execution through project completion.
  •  Negotiating service agreements and growing long-term partnerships.
  •  Representing the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience With
  •  Healthcare business development or enterprise sales.
  •  Medical devices, DME, capital equipment, healthcare services, or healthcare logistics.
  •  Selling into hospitals, health systems, physician groups, IDNs, GPOs, or healthcare networks.
  •  Building long-term relationships with executives, procurement, supply chain, facilities, or clinical leadership.
  •  Contract negotiations and strategic account development.
  •  Multi-state or national healthcare accounts.
Highly Preferred Experience
  •  Medical device manufacturers.
  •  Healthcare logistics or supply chain.
  •  Warehousing or distribution operations.
  •  Final-mile delivery or white-glove services.
  •  Equipment deployment, implementation, or healthcare facility activations.
  •  Experience coordinating with installation teams, logistics providers, or operational stakeholders.
Who Will Thrive Here
We're looking for someone who naturally builds relationships, opens doors, and enjoys creating strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate understands that successful healthcare delivery requires more than selling equipment—it requires coordinating manufacturers, logistics, healthcare providers, and operational teams to ensure critical medical equipment is delivered, installed, and ready for patient care.
