We're seeking an experienced healthcare administration coach to work with professionals looking to grow their careers in healthcare leadership and operations. This role includes guidance on healthcare operations, healthcare strategy, healthcare policy, healthcare technology, healthcare data analytics, healthcare marketing, patient care, risk management, compliance and accreditation, and leadership development. Coaches also help clients navigate their career path with resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing, and ongoing skill building. Ideal candidates have hands-on healthcare administration or leadership experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their expertise and their career.
