Healthcare Administration Adjunct Faculty Description
South College Online seeks candidates for an adjunct Healthcare Administration faculty member. Successful candidates will have a terminal degree, and preference will be given to candidates who have successfully taught Healthcare Administration in the online format. The position is online remote and will report directly to the Department Chair of Business.
Responsibilities:
  • Teach Healthcare Administration courses in an online learning environment.
  • Provide timely feedback and academic support to students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and grades.
  • Collaborate with the Department Chair and faculty to enhance course quality and student engagement.

Requirements
Education
• Terminal degree in Healthcare Administration
• Successful completion of at least 18 hours of directly related graduate coursework including Finance, Accounting, Law, and Ethics.
Experience
• Preference will be given to applicants with prior successful online teaching.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to fostering student learning and success in a virtual environment.
