• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments for new clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused strategies to craft customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, adapting approaches as required based on client progress and feedback.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in a confidential manner, adhering to HIPAA regulations and internal compliance standards to ensure the integrity and security of client information.
• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to develop comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance care provision and share insights for collective improvement.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources, ensuring they feel equipped and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in mental health research, continually enhancing your clinical skills to provide the best care possible.

Your work will primarily involve serving a diverse client base, including adults and adolescents navigating various mental health challenges. By creating a therapeutic alliance with clients, you will facilitate their recovery journey and support their well-being with empathy and understanding.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Arizona.
• A strong foundation in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, with the ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enhance rapport with clients and facilitate effective teamwork.
