Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clientsโ€™ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, family units, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation of client progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in peer review discussions to enhance the quality and effectiveness of client care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, staying current with emerging mental health research and best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Health Link Now Psychological Center, your primary focus will be on individuals and families who often have limited access to mental health resources. You will address a broad array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
  • A strong understanding of legal and ethical practices within the counseling profession.
