As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our organization, you will work primarily with clients seeking mental health support in the context of non-traditional therapeutic journeys, including those considering or integrating psychedelic experiences. Qualifications- A valid LCSW designation or an equivalent qualification in social work or related field.

- Malpractice insurance coverage is required.
- Ability to maintain a caseload of at least 10 sessions per week, each consisting of approximately 53 minutes.

- Experience in applying mental health counseling methodologies and techniques in a virtual setting.
- Knowledge of clinical social work principles, methods, procedures, and standards.

The compensation for this full-time position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000, depending on geographic location, work experience, and skill level.
