The Wellness Centre is seeking a warm, professional, and inspiring Yoga Teacher to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping clients improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of unique wellness environment focused on beauty, healing, relaxation, and holistic care.
Responsibilities:
Lead yoga classes for clients of different experience levels
Create a welcoming, calming, and supportive class environment
Provide clear instruction on poses, breathing techniques, alignment, and mindfulness
Modify classes to meet the needs of beginners as well as more experienced students
Encourage safe practice and individual growth
Support the overall wellness vision and client experience of Wellness Centre
Maintain professionalism and positive energy in every class
Qualifications:
Certified Yoga Teacher
Previous experience teaching group and/or private yoga classes
Strong knowledge of yoga techniques, alignment, breathwork, and relaxation practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, dependable, and client-focused
Experience teaching restorative yoga, gentle yoga, meditation, or wellness-focused classes
Passion for wellness, holistic health, and creating meaningful client experiences
Ability to teach both private and group sessions
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
The following is a plus:
An established student following or client base
Background in a spa, wellness center or holistic health setting
Strong presence in the local wellness community
Experience building class attendance and client engagement
