This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining crucial engagement and collaboration with fellow professionals. Our outpatient office supports a virtual therapy model that utilizes advanced telehealth platforms to connect with clients seamlessly. While working from a remote setting, you will be part of a well-structured team that meets regularly for peer consultations and supervision, ensuring high standards of care and providing a platform for sharing insights and best practices.

• Conduct thorough assessments and deliver therapeutic services tailored to the needs of individual clients and couples.
• Document therapeutic sessions and clinical encounters within a 24-hour timeframe to maintain up-to-date patient records and treatment plans.
• Develop effective, individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, ensuring clients receive personalized therapeutic guidance.
• Participate in regular peer case consultations, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care and ensure effective treatment approaches.
• Maintain timely and accurate records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, safeguarding patient information.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, primarily focusing on adult individuals undergoing challenges in areas such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Our therapists employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches based on the unique needs of each client. As a mental health counselor with us, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through their challenges and fostering resilience and coping strategies that lead to sustainable mental health outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Active independent licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Proficiency in utilizing virtual therapy platforms, demonstrating comfort and effectiveness in providing remote care.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting working with diverse populations.
• Experience in providing telehealth services, with an understanding of virtual therapeutic engagement techniques.
• Proven ability to maintain comprehensive and accurate client records while adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
