• Conduct engaging and supportive individual counseling sessions via video chat, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Facilitate open discussions regarding emotions and life experiences, encouraging clients to express themselves freely and work toward self-discovery.
• Act as an advocate for your clients’ needs, collaborating with them to set realistic and attainable goals aligned with their mental health aspirations.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions through comprehensive evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Implement targeted interventions and solution-oriented strategies to assist clients in navigating their challenges effectively.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.
• Regularly participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions to ensure adherence to best practices in mental health care.

At Silver Way, you will primarily work with clients who are stable adults experiencing low acuity mental health concerns. All clients are pre-screened to ensure that they are matched to counselors whose expertise aligns with their specific needs, thereby facilitating effective therapeutic relationships. You will foster a safe and positive environment that helps clients feel comfortable navigating their mental health journeys.

• Education: A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Licensing: Must hold a current and active license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) that allows for independent practice.
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
• Comfort and proficiency with using technology and telehealth platforms.

• Prior experience in a telehealth environment, effectively leveraging remote communication tools.
• Ability to engage with a diverse client population, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Experience using therapist-specific software and platforms for client management and session documentation.

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
