• Engage in regular video consultations with clients, fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere for discussions about their mental and emotional health.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assess and identify clients’ issues through thoughtful conversations and observations.
• Work collaboratively with clients to define personal goals, formulate actionable plans, and promote self-awareness and insight into their behaviors and feelings.
• Implement a solution-focused approach throughout the counseling process, guiding clients in developing coping strategies and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress while ensuring administrative tasks are minimal, allowing you to concentrate entirely on client care.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss best practices, share experiences, and receive support from fellow professionals.

Your caseload will predominantly consist of stable, low-acuity clients who are motivated and seeking to enhance their emotional well-being. These clients are carefully screened to ensure a good fit for therapeutic services, reducing the likelihood of crises and enhancing the effectiveness of counseling. Our clinic emphasizes preventative mental health strategies, which helps clients to actively engage in their treatment journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Must hold a current and unrestricted license in Oregon to practice as a fully licensed mental health therapist, such as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment while providing empathetic and professional care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and facilitating effective counseling sessions.
• Competence in using digital platforms for communication and documentation; familiarity with telehealth software is a plus.

• Experience in a remote counseling role or teletherapy is preferred but not essential.
• A background in working with diverse populations and delivering culturally competent care would be advantageous.
• Specializations in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, or family therapy are welcomed.

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, contingent upon hours worked and experience. Additionally, for full-time therapists, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being.
