Rising Phoenix Counseling Services, LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Trauma-Informed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of a completely remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while serving clients across Oregon City, Oregon, and surrounding areas. While your primary responsibilities include counseling and client interaction, you will also receive in-house clinical supervision, ensuring you are supported with ongoing guidance tailored to your specialized practice in attachment trauma, complex PTSD, EMDR, and dissociation.

As a Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Providing ongoing therapy sessions for clients, with a target of up to 25 sessions per week, ensuring consistency and reliability in the therapeutic process.
• Assessing safety concerns and providing crisis intervention services when therapeutically appropriate, addressing immediate client needs effectively.
• Establishing a collaborative working relationship with fellow counselors, facilitating a culture of consultation, supervision, and seamless referrals when necessary.
• Actively maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing requisite computer software for note-taking.
• Cultivating a nurturing and trusting therapeutic environment that allows clients to feel safe and supported in their healing journey.

Our services cater to a diverse clientele, including adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. We emphasize trauma-informed practices and utilize methodologies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems) to effectively address and work through the complexities of trauma. Your expertise will play a key role in enhancing the mental well-being of individuals facing challenges related to trauma and PTSD.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field (Required).
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon is preferred.
• A strong understanding of trauma-informed care and experience working with trauma/PTSD populations.

Ideal candidates will possess experience in:

• Therapeutic practices specifically related to trauma recovery, including EMDR, IFS, attachment trauma, and complex PTSD interventions.
• Providing clinical supervision and engaging effectively in consultation groups.
• Maintaining a diverse caseload that creates an enriching therapeutic atmosphere.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive wages, we offer comprehensive benefits, including:
