• Conduct virtual therapy sessions targeting individuals and groups struggling with anxiety, depression, and related mental health issues.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans informed by comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and educators, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Utilize our advanced teletherapy tools to maintain detailed, confidential client records while tracking progress and outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and their families, addressing issues related to school performance, peer interactions, and emotional health. You will work with a diverse client base, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique cultural and personal needs of each individual. Your expertise will help in navigating the complex emotional landscapes that arise during formative years.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience offering clinical social work services in diverse settings.
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• A commitment to culture competence, social justice, and ethical practice in all aspects of service delivery.

• Experience working in school-based settings or with adolescent clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual therapy technologies.
• Background in crisis intervention and management.
• Knowledge of community resources and how to effectively connect clients with additional support services.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
