This position allows therapists to work comfortably from their own spaces, utilizing advanced telehealth platforms designed to facilitate secure and confidential therapy sessions. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Deliver tailored evidence-based therapy services through secure telehealth platforms, adjusting methodologies to fit individual client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to set meaningful therapeutic goals, providing continuous support and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and other approaches best suited to client preferences.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their mental health outcomes and overall quality of life.

• A current and valid licensed status as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Completion of a master's degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to build rapport and forge therapeutic alliances with clients remotely.
• High levels of empathy, compassion, and an understanding of the complex emotions clients navigate in their therapy journey.
• Effective organizational skills to manage time and therapy sessions efficiently in a remote setting.

• Prior experience providing therapy in a virtual setting is highly valued.
• Experience in specific therapeutic areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or substance use disorders.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to streamline the therapeutic process.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, contingent on caseload and experience.
