This involves tracking usage, auditing invoices, identifying billing errors, and negotiating contracts without the need for on-site presence. Remote TEM specialists use software and cloud-based tools to analyze data, ensure compliance, and recommend cost-saving measures for phone, internet, and mobile services. The goal is to reduce unnecessary expenses and streamline telecom operations for businesses.
