This position offers the flexibility of telehealth, allowing you to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families while working from the comfort of your own home.

About the Organization

At Momenta Psychotherapy Services, we are committed to providing exceptional mental health care through our telehealth platform. We focus on creating a compassionate, client-centered environment that prioritizes the unique needs of each individual. Our team consists of experienced professionals who share a strong dedication to fostering healing and resilience in our clients. We believe in the power of therapy not only as a treatment but as a pathway to a brighter future.

Work Environment

This full-time role is designed for an LPC willing to engage with clients in a flexible remote setting. You will have the opportunity to conduct sessions via video conferencing platforms, utilizing advanced telehealth technologies to ensure a seamless experience for your clients. Our digital tools facilitate effective communication and documentation, empowering you to focus on delivering high-quality care without geographical constraints. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, providing a structured routine that supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of each client, implementing diverse therapeutic techniques.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to gauge clients' mental and emotional health, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective treatment planning.

  • Provide crisis intervention services promptly to clients experiencing acute psychological distress or emergencies, ensuring immediate access to support.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources, fostering a deeper understanding of their conditions and empowering them in their healing journey.
  • Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment progress, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a comprehensive support network for each client.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults confronting a broad spectrum of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, and more. Given the remote nature of our services, you will have the opportunity to support clients who may have limited access to traditional mental health resources, thus making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
  • A valid license to practice counseling in the state of Oregon.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage positively with clients from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with clients and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and access the best course of action in various therapeutic scenarios.
  • A high level of professionalism, including the maintenance of confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards as mandated by state laws and professional guidelines.
  • A commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of mental health counseling.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in telehealth counseling or familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience working with clients facing trauma, grief, or severe mental health challenges.
  • A background in group therapy facilitation and conflict resolution techniques.
Compensation and Benefits

Our organization offers a competitive salary package ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development, allowing you to enhance your skills and advance your therapeutic practice.
