What is Remote Health Innovation?

Job Summary
We are seeking a SAP Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our Manufacturing Supply Chain team as part of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role is ideal for a candidate with foundational hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (ePP/DS) who is looking to grow into a broader end-to-end supply chain planning role.
You will work closely with senior SAP SCM and IT leads, business stakeholders, and system integrators to design, configure, and deploy core SAP standard solutions that support manufacturing, intercompany planning, and supply-demand synchronization. This role offers strong learning, visibility, and long-term growth opportunities within a global manufacturing environment.
What you will do
SAP S/4HANA Production Planning & Scheduling (Primary Focus)
  • Support configuration and deployment of S/4HANA ePP/DS functionality, including:
    • Production planning and scheduling
    • Heuristics, alerts, and capacity evaluation
    • Master data such as PDS, resources, BOMs, and routings
  • Assist in detailed production scheduling and execution alignment across plants.
  • Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and help translate business requirements into SAP planning solutions.

Integrated Business Planning (Secondary Focus)
  • Provide functional support and analysis for SAP IBP processes such as:
    • Demand and supply planning
    • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Collaborate with senior experts to support integration between IBP and S/4HANA ePP/DS.

Intercompany & Manufacturing Flows
  • Support intercompany manufacturing and distribution planning, including:
    • Plant-to-plant supply
    • Make-to-stock and make-to-order scenarios
  • Help ensure planning consistency across internal supply chains.

Cross-Functional Integration & Delivery
  • Work with MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO teams to support end-to-end process integration.
  • Assist with data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover activities.
  • Support post-go-live stabilization, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience working with SAP Supply Chain or Manufacturing solutions.
  • Hands-on experience or strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and/or ePP/DS.
  • Foundational understanding of manufacturing business processes:
    • MRP Live
    • Production orders
    • BOMs and routings
    • Capacity planning
  • Experience working in discrete manufacturing environments (wire/cable, electronics, or similar industries preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based transformation environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, or S&OP).
  • Experience supporting at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout.
  • Knowledge of planning master data concepts (PDS, resources, planning versions).
  • Experience with intercompany planning or multi-plant manufacturing scenarios.
  • SAP certifications in SCM, PP, ePP/DS, or IBP are a plus.

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $101,400 - $152,100 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
