• Deliver clinical mental health services primarily via video consultations, ensuring ethical and compassionate care for each client.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of treatment needs, adjusting therapeutic strategies as necessary.
• Develop and implement individualized, recovery solution-based treatment plans tailored to client goals and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to enhance clients' coping, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Document all client interactions accurately in our user-friendly counselor portal, which simplifies administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing care.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and improve client outcomes.

The primary clientele for this role consists of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. Counselors will work with a diverse population, encompassing varying backgrounds and socio-economic statuses. Our approach emphasizes person-centered care to meet each client's unique needs, supporting them as they navigate their mental health journey and develop healthy coping strategies.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A current, unrestricted license to practice from your state board, including LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate, empathetic nature when working with clients.
• Strong computer literacy, enabling you to navigate digital platforms and maintain necessary electronic documentation.
• Reliable access to high-speed internet for seamless video conferencing with clients.

• No history of disciplinary actions or limited licenses in mental health practice.
• Previous experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is a plus, enabling you to quickly adapt to a virtual counseling format.

• Attractive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
