Job description

In this role, you'll be an integral part of the patient journey conducting intake, helping patients interpret key testing, and providing the personalized nutrition support that helps them thrive.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Conducting new patient intakes and setting the tone for our clinic's standard of exceptional, compassionate care
  • Maintaining detailed notes in our EHR system and coordinating patient scheduling and follow-ups
  • Reviewing food inflammation (IgG) and stool analysis results, and helping patients adjust their nutrition and supplement plans


This is a full-time positionfor which we expect a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week. Your role as an emphasis on collaboration, patient connection, and continuous growth. You'll be joining a mission-driven team that's passionate about transforming thyroid and metabolic care.
