However, this is where your natural ability to gain anybody's trust, and coach them to success comes in!ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized health coaching to clients, tailoring strategies and recommendations to individual needs, goals, and health conditionsAssist clients in setting realistic goals and tracking progress, providing ongoing support, motivation, and accountability throughout their health journeyDrive patient retention, loyalty and compliance through a variety of communication channels, including email and phone calls.Keep our customer database up-to-date and on-point so we can stay ahead of the game.Build excitement and anticipation for the next stage of the customer journey through educationDiscuss additional treatment options with each patient to help them optimize their God-given potentialQualificationsA relevant certification in health coaching is highly desirable or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (e.g., nutrition, exercise science, public health) or equivalent practical experienceProven experience as a Health Coach, Wellness Coach, or similar role, with a track record of helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goalsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a supportive relationship with clientsEmpathetic and compassionate approach, able to motivate and inspire individuals to make lasting positive changesSolid organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and effective management of client informationProficient computer skills, including the use of different company platforms and virtual communication toolsWork hand-in-hand with other departments, including clinical, administrative, sales, and marketing, to make sure our patients receive the best care and service possible.
