Job Overview โ€“ Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiter

Location: New York City, NY

Salary: $50,000โ€“$60,000/year + commission

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday (On-Site)


Atlantic Group is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to build a rewarding career in healthcare recruiting. No prior recruiting experience is required, we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to set you up for success.


Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals across a range of specialties using job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for open roles.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruiting process from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain an active pipeline of candidates and keep accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and documentation to ensure a smooth candidate experience.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: No prior recruiting experience required; recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
  • Industry Knowledge: Interest in the healthcare and staffing industries; willingness to learn healthcare roles and terminology.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and able to learn applicant tracking and CRM systems.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong written and verbal communication, self-motivated, coachable, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, communication-driven environment.


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary of $50,000โ€“$60,000, plus commission on placement fees
