The Opportunity

We’re seeking an enthusiastic Certified Health Coach / Wellness Advocate to join our Nutrition Nest Clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who loves health, nutrition, and longevity—and wants to help others discover that same passion. You’ll be the friendly face greeting guests, guiding them through their experience, maintaining the wellness space, and supporting the clinic’s smooth operation. Whether helping someone schedule a service, preparing recovery stations, or sharing your favorite functional wellness product, you’ll play a vital role in creating a calm, uplifting environment.

Your Mission: Be the heart of the guest experience—connecting people to health, balance, and purpose. Your Impact: Inspire guests through knowledge, kindness, and authentic enthusiasm for wellness. Your Stage: The Nutrition Nest – where every interaction supports longevity and vitality. What You'll Do Guest Experience & Frontline Support (40%)
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and service orientation
  • Provide basic information about clinic services, therapies, and memberships
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in all wellness areas
  • Assist with light preparation and turnover of treatment or recovery rooms
Wellness Education & Engagement (35%)
  • Assisting in initial and follow up assessments to understand clients’ health history and goals
  • Promote upcoming workshops, nutrition programs, or events
  • Encourage lifestyle awareness rooted in health, mindfulness, and longevity
  • Model wellness through your own enthusiasm and healthy habits
Team Collaboration (15%)
  • Work closely with RDNs, CNS, wellness advocate leads, and attendants to ensure seamless service
  • Assist with special events, wellness talks, and seasonal promotions
Operations & Administrative Support (10%)
  • Process payments and manage client scheduling software
  • Support the Wellness Team with stocking, inventory, and client communication
  • Maintain logs, checklists, and cleanliness standards throughout the clinic
Required Qualifications
  • Certification from a recognized health coaching program
  • Bachelor’s degree in health science, nutrition, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience with health coaching clients
  • Passion for nutrition, wellness, and healthy living
  • Proven track record of helping clients achieve health goals
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
  • Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail
  • Willingness to learn about longevity, supplements, and integrative health
