• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for clients and develop individualized treatment plans addressing their unique needs and circumstances.
• Implement, coordinate, and evaluate clinical treatment programs for individuals experiencing acute or chronic mental health issues, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational policies.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s situation.
• Maintain detailed and confidential case records, documenting treatment progress and adapting plans in accordance with state regulations and NCQA standards.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to evaluate the need for psychotropic medications for clients, always honoring the scope of your practice.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to review care strategies, share insights, and evaluate treatment outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise and mentor Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors as required, fostering professional growth.
• Offer educational support to clients' families regarding treatment plans and strategies to enhance therapy effectiveness and compliance.

Your primary focus will be on adult and child family members who seek assistance through psychiatric evaluations at our clinic. You will work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral disorders, providing empathetic and personalized care. To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in a clinical setting, with proficiency in teletherapy and electronic health records systems. Familiarity with community health resources and a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques will be valuable. Additionally, experience in supervising or mentoring less experienced clinicians will augment your candidacy.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
