You will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various emotional and psychological challenges. From young adults navigating academic stress to individuals coping with life transitions, your role emphasizes empathy and individualized care. By utilizing secure online platforms, you will facilitate therapeutic relationships that build trust and encourage client engagement.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active license or certification that authorizes you to provide psychotherapeutic treatment in California, including LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Proficient technological skills, including familiarity with teletherapy software and virtual communication tools like Zoom or Skype.
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities that facilitate effective engagement with clients in a virtual setting.

• A minimum of two years of direct experience in providing mental health counseling or psychotherapy to individuals facing emotional and psychological difficulties is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
