  • Serve as a strategic advisor from post-onboarding through renewal, including optimizing hiring funnels, rolling out new capabilities, refining processes, and aligning to system-level workforce goals.
  • Lead executive engagement with regular executive business reviews, clear success plans, and decisive follow-through.
  • Use AI daily, including building AI agents and workflow automations that accelerate reporting, insights, and client execution.
  • Translate data into clear narratives and action plans that earn buy-in from clinical, human resources, and C-suite leaders.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes across multiple sites and service lines, including setting shared goals, unblocking dependencies, and delivering timely outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a unified, high-quality client experience and capture voice-of-customer insights to inform roadmaps and service improvements.
  • Operate with autonomy and creativity, communicating proactively and moving fast without sacrificing quality.
Success in your first 6 months will look like:
  • You have built trusted, strategic relationships with key client stakeholders across large, multi-location hospitals and health systems, including talent acquisition leaders, clinical executives, and operational partners.
  • You are fully trained on and confidently drive adoption of the Incredible Health Career Marketplace and Incredible Health's AI agents, advising on workflow optimization, process improvements, and thoughtful AI adoption.
  • You have established clear success plans with each client that are aligned to workforce goals, hiring priorities, and internal processes, and are leading proactive, insight-driven conversations.
  • You consistently translate data into actionable recommendations that improve hiring speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • You operate with a strong proactive rhythm, running effective executive business reviews, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing your portfolio with autonomy, clarity, and a builder's mindset.
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in client success, consulting, relationship sales, or account management serving enterprise healthcare systems, with a track record of retention and expansion.
  • Demonstrated success providing consultation to senior-level executives.
  • Proven achievement against revenue retention and growth targets.
  • Hands-on, AI-forward operator who enjoys experimenting, iterating, and building simple agents and automations to scale your workflow and improve client outcomes.

  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the year.
You might be the one we're looking for if:
  • You build trusted, strategic relationships and have a track record of renewals and expansions with enterprise healthcare systems.
  • You engage confidently with senior executives, earning buy-in with clear recommendations and follow-through.
  • You love using AI daily and enjoy building lightweight automations that make your work smarter.
  • You have experience supporting large, multi-location hospitals and health systems, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes with ease.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and rapid change, solving problems with curiosity, clarity, and urgency.
