**This position is fully in-person on Oahu**

Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime

Location: Ala Moana or Kapolei

Description

  • Assist customers in a timely and accurate manner through phone interactions.
  • Maintain performance standards for quantity, timeliness, accuracy, and quality while responding to inquiries.
  • Conduct research for routine inquiries and apply basic analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
  • Manage inventory of inquiries and coordinate with departments.
  • Resolve customer interactions by documenting and closing cases.
  • Collaborate with peers, management, and other business areas to ensure accurate and quality resolutions while adhering to performance guidelines.
  • Service customers through various channels, including written or online inquiries, in-person interactions, or off-line data and project work.
