Your day-to-day activities will encompass the following:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based best practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and fits into our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in regular case consultations and multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to enhance their understanding of mental health issues and available resources.
• Continuously stay informed about advancements in mental health therapies to implement upgraded techniques into your practice.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, from various socio-economic backgrounds. Our client population often includes individuals dealing with complex mental health issues that require personalized treatment plans. Your role as an LCSW will allow you to impact their lives deeply, guiding them toward greater mental well-being through empathy and understanding.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience specifically in mental health and psychotherapy services.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions and a commitment to applying solution-focused approaches.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and rapport-building with clients.
