The Memory Bear Maker Volunteer creates handmade keepsake bears using clothing or fabric provided by hospice families. These bears serve as deeply meaningful mementos honoring a loved one and supporting families in their grief journey.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

    • Sew memory bears from donated clothing or fabric
    • Communicate occasionally with hospice staff regarding supply needs
    • Work independently from home at your own pace
    • Return completed bears to the hospice office as arranged
