BAKERYPRODUCTION MANAGER

LEAD THEFUTURE OF OUR BAKERY
Join our bakery team wheretradition, craftsmanship, and quality come together every day. From artisanbreads to handmade pastries, tortes, and decorated cookies, everything wecreate is made from scratch using recipes passed down for generations. Producingover 250,000 loaves of bread annually, our bakery is a high-volume operationwith a deep commitment to quality and consistency.
We're looking for a hands-on bakeryleader to lead daily production, guide the team, and elevate our bakeryoperations - working alongside an experienced and dedicated team.
WHATYOU'LL DO

• Lead daily bakery production acrossbread and pastry teams
• Work alongside your team tomaintain quality and consistency
• Evaluate product quality and coachteam members to meet standards
• Train and develop team membersacross shifts
• Help manage production flow,scheduling, and daily operations
• Strengthen communication andconsistency across shifts
• Utilize FlexiBake for inventory,ordering, and reporting
• Partner with leadership to supportoverall bakery operations

WHATWE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong hands-on bakery experience(bread, pastry, & cake decorating)
• Leadership or lead experience in abakery or food production environment
• Strong eye for quality with theability to coach and develop others
• Knowledge of scratch baking andhigh-volume production
• Organized, team-focused, and ableto bring structure to operations
• Experience with inventory orproduction systems preferred

SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position (40-45 hours per week). The role requiresflexibility to support both overnight (10pm-6am) and early morning (4am-12pm)production teams as needed to stay connected with operations and team members.
