This role operates within a telehealth framework, allowing counselors to offer their expertise from the comfort of their home while maintaining a meaningful connection with clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and barriers to mental health.
• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students and emerging therapists pursuing clinical licensure, guiding them in best practices and professional development.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to create holistic treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.
• Stay abreast of recent developments, research, and best practices in mental health therapy to continually enhance service delivery.

Clients at Brilliant Hope Recovery Center encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and challenges. We serve individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. • A valid state license in mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-R).
• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.
• Professional liability insurance actively maintained.

Ideal candidates will have experience in providing supervision to practicum students or interns, as well as demonstrated skills in evidence-based practices. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records software is a plus. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and an ability to foster constructive relationships with both clients and team members.

Brilliant Hope Recovery Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of experience and expertise. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, and holidays.
