Key Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly supervision to practicum students in their Masterโ€™s programs or pursuing clinical licensure, offering guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
  • Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to create a holistic support network for clients, including referrals and interdisciplinary consultations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
  • Engage in continuous learning to remain current with the latest research, best practices, and advancements in therapy techniques and methodologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications
