- Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, empowering them with knowledge to enable informed decisions about their care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client well-being, participating in team meetings and case reviews.
- Engage in professional development activities such as training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
- Possession of an active LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in good standing in the state of New York.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others achieve their mental wellness goals.
- A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
- Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of culturally competent care.
- Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and mental health assessment tools.
Our competitive salary range for this role is USD 100,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
