Become a subject matter expert in all things Aerros and Aircraft Maintenance Planning Gain a deep understanding of our technical landscape including our database structure, API offering, and key customer integrations Interface directly with our customers to provide guidance on how use our Reporting and API offerings Build and maintain internal usage analytics dashboards using Posthog, PowerBI, SQL, and other analytics tools Work directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and architect a solution for implemention or integration projects Project manage all customer-facing non-agile technical projects Work directly with other technology providers as part of building and supporting integrations Improve existing processes by using your knowledge to build playbooks, document SOPs, and expand our existing customer-facing documentation Support customer success team when required to ensure top-tier customer support This role is great for you if... Have experience working directly with or within Airline IT teams as part of building or supporting Aviation IT systems You're comfortable working directly with customers and architecting technical solutions for business teams Have strong analytical skills, including a solid grasp of SQL fundamentals and API concepts Have experience with Aerros or common industry ERP systems (eg, Trax, IFS, AMOS, and Ramco) Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in MIS, BCIS, CS, or similar discipline 3+ years as an analyst supporting software or IT organizations 3+ years of managing projects Intermediate experience using SQL and various BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI Intermediate Excel knowledge (e.g. pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical statements, data cleansing) Baseline understanding of Restful API's: What they're for and how to use them Baseline understanding of ETL/ELT workflows, databases, data warehouses Baseline understanding of how SSO works including SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth Experience eliciting requirements directly from end-users and IT representatives Effective cross-company communication and customer communication Preferred Qualifications Experience as a maintenance planner or multiple years working in airline maintenance PMP and/or experiencing managing projects from conception to completion Experiencing developing simple applications in any programming language Experience implementing vendor solutions as the customer or vendor Intermediate SQL skills (e.g.
