ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re building a brand-new, US-based, fully remote game studio developing new slot games, and we’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the studio’s full game development slate.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with multiple teams across the studio to manage the game development process from start to finish to ensure the successful and timely delivery of multiple high-quality, high-performing games.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Own the studio’s game development roadmap, in terms of game delivery and quality
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the production team to meet the goals of the studio and its members
  • Support the production team and provide ongoing production support through all stages of the game development lifecycle, coordinating across internal and external teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned
  • Help establish and enforce production best practices, processes, and metrics across game projects
  • Analyze KPI data and provide solutions that target desired changes
  • Track, review, and discuss production priorities, timelines, and scope with the studio’s General Manager and each team’s Game Designer
  • Playtest and provide feedback on game math, mechanics, game flow, and visual presentation with an eye toward creating the best player experience possible
  • Regularly play competitors’ games in the iGaming and land-based spaces to stay abreast of industry trends and new mechanics
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
  • 5+ years of production experience with real-money slot games for iGaming or land-based markets
  • Experience leading and managing teams in a game development environment
  • Degree in Game Production, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle and game production methodologies and the ability to teach and implement production methods across teams and disciplines
  • Strong project management skills including proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to clearly communicate complex and technical concepts to stakeholders across the globe
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging game mechanics, and player expectations
  • You should:
    • Be able to confidently coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
    • Be able to move comfortably between strategic and detailed levels
    • Bring strong organization and structure to a fast-moving environment
    • Have excellent problem-solving skills
    • Provide, accept, and act on feedback constructively
