• Conduct weekly virtual therapy sessions, delivering evidence-based care aimed at helping individual adults manage a variety of mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and fellow clinicians, to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Participate in regular consultations with team members to share insights and seek guidance on complex cases.
• Keep detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Engage in weekly training sessions focused on our innovative care pathways and therapeutic frameworks to enhance the effectiveness of your practice.

Your primary clients will be adults aged 18 and older, facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, empowering them to explore their feelings and navigate difficult situations. Your role is instrumental in fostering resilience and equipping clients with coping strategies to lead healthier lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Current state licensure as a mental health professional (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in telehealth modality and a strong background in providing therapy to adolescents and young adults is essential.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly in navigating technologies such as Google Suite and EHR systems, are a necessity.

• 2-3 years of experience applying evidence-based therapeutic interventions with clients in a virtual setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective client engagement.
• Ability to present oneself professionally and maintain a warm, empathetic rapport with clients.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
