Join Soto Insurance Agency, a growing Farmers Insurance agency in Moreno Valley, CA. We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and sales-driven Licensed Insurance Producer to help grow our agency through exceptional customer service, relationship building, and proactive marketing.

In this role, you will generate new business, service existing clients, develop referral relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, wants to build a long-term insurance career, and has opportunities for advancement within the agency.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through phone calls, referrals, networking, and internet leads.
  • Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, Life, and Commercial insurance products.
  • Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads using CRM.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Educate customers on coverage options and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity goals.
  • Participate in local marketing events and community outreach.
  • Assist with social media marketing and online reputation management.
  • Request customer reviews and referral opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Requirements
  • Active California Property & Casualty License (Required within 30 days of Hire)
  • Life & Health License (Preferred or willing to obtain)
  • Previous insurance sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects
  • Experience with CRM software (AgencyZoom preferred)
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace)
  • Social media and digital marketing experience is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
